Heat Endurance

No deformation or colour fading after testing.

Immerse entire straw in 95° C ± 2° C of distilled water.
Place in oven at a constant temperature of 50 °C ± 2° C for 30 minutes.
Remove and leave at ambient temperature for 30 minutes.
Examine for any visible deformation, cracks, splitting or colour fading.

Cold Endurance

No cracking or splitting after testing.

Immerse entire straw in 1° C ± 1° C of water.
Keep in water at a constant temperature of 1° C ± 1° C for 30 minutes.
Remove and immediately examine for any visible deformation, cracks, splitting or colour fading.
